ImovPro.ai is an online platform that helps estate agents and real estate professionals create marketing content automatically. From the property photos and details you provide, our artificial intelligence generates:

• Vertical videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts) and horizontal videos (YouTube, Facebook)
• Optimised descriptions for property portals
• Ready-to-post content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Formatted messages for WhatsApp
• Thumbnails and other visual materials

All of this happens in minutes, with no video editing or graphic design skills required.

The process is simple and straightforward:

• Step 1 — Create a free account. You can sign up with email and password or with your Google account.
• Step 2 — Upload the property photos. Between 3 and 10 photos in JPG, PNG or WEBP format.
• Step 3 — Fill in the property details. Location, typology, area, price and other relevant information.
• Step 4 — Choose the video style. Format (vertical or horizontal), visual template, narration language and video type.
• Step 5 — AI processes everything automatically. It analyses the photos, writes the script, generates the voiceover, assembles the video and creates all complementary content.
• Step 6 — Receive your ready-made content. You can download it, share directly on social media or edit the details.

Each generation uses credits from your plan. The number of credits required varies depending on the type of content generated.

To use the platform, you need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Keep your password confidential
• Not share your account with third parties
• Notify us immediately in case of unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

Each person should have a single account. If you need multiple accounts for your team, contact us for an enterprise solution.

ImovPro.ai works on a plans and credits system:

• Each generation action (video, post, description) uses a certain number of credits.
• Credits included in your plan renew monthly. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period.
• Additional credits purchased separately never expire.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
• Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice.

We offer 1 free video for new users to try the service with no commitment.

Content generated by the platform (videos, texts, images) is yours to use as you see fit for promoting your properties. You may:

• Publish on social media, websites and property portals
• Send to clients and potential buyers
• Use in professional marketing materials
• Edit and adapt as needed

By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence to process your photos and data for the sole purpose of generating the content you requested.

When using the platform, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful, professional purposes related to real estate
• Have the rights to the photos you upload (be the author or have express permission)
• Not upload illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the platform or compromise its security
• Not use bots, scrapers or unauthorised automated methods
• Ensure that published property information is truthful and not misleading

The ImovPro.ai platform, including its interface, source code, design, brand and artificial intelligence technology, is the property of ImovPro.ai and is protected by intellectual property rights.

The photos you upload remain yours. We do not claim any rights over them beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

AI-generated content is made available to the user under a commercial use licence as described in section 5.

Our platform uses generative artificial intelligence to create content automatically. It is essential that you understand and accept the following before using the service:

AI hallucinations and inaccuracies. Artificial intelligence models, by their very nature, may generate information that is incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misleading — a phenomenon widely known as AI "hallucination". This is an inherent technical limitation of all generative AI systems available on the market, and does not constitute a defect of our service.

User obligation to review. All content generated by the platform — including property descriptions, promotional copy, video scripts, social media posts and any other materials — are drafts that must be fully reviewed, verified and validated by you before any use, publication or sharing. The user is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, truthfulness and suitability of all content before dissemination.

Disclaimer of liability for generated content. ImovPro.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness, completeness or suitability of any content generated by artificial intelligence. We are not liable for any damages, losses, claims or harm — direct, indirect, consequential or of any other nature — resulting from the use, publication or sharing of content generated by the platform, including but not limited to content that proves to be misleading, inaccurate or unsuitable.

Additionally:
• Video quality depends directly on the quality of the photos provided.
• Results may vary between generations, even with the same input data.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will produce specific commercial results.

By using the platform, the user expressly acknowledges that: (a) they understand that artificial intelligence may generate inaccurate or misleading content; (b) they assume full responsibility for reviewing and validating all generated material before use; (c) they release ImovPro.ai from any liability for content published without proper review.

We strive to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However:

• Interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance, with prior notice whenever possible.
• Video generation times may vary depending on demand.
• We do not guarantee a specific uptime, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of prolonged unavailability, we will communicate the situation through the appropriate channels.

You may cancel your account or subscription at any time:

• Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You retain access to generated content until the end of that period.
• After cancellation, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Unused subscription credits are non-refundable.
• Additional purchased credits that are unused may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on content generated by the platform.
• We are not liable for AI-generated content that proves to be inaccurate, misleading or unsuitable, as detailed in section 8 of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or breach of rights that cannot be legally excluded.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For users habitually resident in Brazil, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code additionally applies to the extent more favourable to the consumer.

Any dispute shall preferably be resolved by amicable agreement. Failing that, the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, shall have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:

• We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance.
• We will publish the updated version on this page with the new date.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
